We hate SPAM and unsolicited emails / post etc… so we understand it if you do too. We will NEVER sell on any information we hold about you unless the law dictates us to.
When you visit the internet some information is stored about those visits. We use Google Analytics to access some of this information because it's helpful to know how many people visited the website and what device they used. It does not tell us your name. You can disable cookies within your internet browser and this will stop Google Analytics from tracking any part of your visit to the website.
If you are a customer, potential customer or supplier to ShortTech then we will almost definitely store some details such as your email address and telephone number. If you wish to find out what information we hold about you then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also request that we delete any information and we are committed to complying with your request in a timely fashion.
If you subscribe to our email newsletter then your email address will be stored with our service provider Mailchimp. The email address will not be stored in our website database. If you wish to have your email address removed from our newsletter then please click the 'unsubscribe' link within the email or contact email@example.com to request you are manually removed.
We commit to reporting any unlawful data breach of our own data to all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours if personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
