SO glad I came across Jas. She has been super helpful fixing my website. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her calmness and kindness! I am NOT a tech person at all and she managed to explain things to me in a simple and non patronising way and was able to fix all the bugs on my site. Highly recommend!!

Jas was ultra helpful supporting me with some DNS changes to my domain to allow me to add another email address to my Google account. She made it so easy going through all the settings with patience so that we set everything up without any problems with Google, my website hosting and funnel system. After looking at it on my own I knew I needed a trusted expert to guide me through so that I didn’t make any mistakes and Jas was that person! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone looking for help. Thanks again Jas.

Jas was incredibly helpful when I was having a technical CSS issue on my Squarespace website. She quickly understood what was going wrong, explained things clearly in a way I could understand, and got it sorted super quickly. Such a lovely, knowledgeable person to deal with, I’d absolutely recommend Jas and ShortTech to anyone needing website or tech support. Thank you again, Jas!

That was a service and a half. Jas took time to help me out at such a short space of time – she knows she didn’t have to as such a short time, but she managed to put everthing aside. Her knowledge too is excellent – definately one to keep. Thanks Jas

Jas provided us with some brilliant bespoke WordPress training for our website and also filmed sections so we are able to revisit if we forget/want a refresher. She is knowledgeable, kind and thorough – and full of brilliant advice!

Well well well…. (Suspense music followed by drum roll)…. Dum dum dum! Shorttech have been nothing but amazing to work with! Jas and Emma have both been brilliant throughout the process of our website build! I am delighted with the website! They both listen to every detail I explained and it’s come to life! They both also pitched ideas to me to help me get through the design… I was simply naive to the beginning but Jas and Emma road the boat all the way! Fantastic. I thank you both for your hard work! And fabulous website for our business!

Jas brilliant, more than eager to help, but also not “salesy” at all. She was happy to pass on aspects of the work to someone else who was better equipped to help and i really appreciated this integrity….

I posted an issue with my Office 365 on LinkedIn and Jas was mentioned in a comment with a connection of mine and immediately jumped in to assist! She helped me resolve the issues by sharing links and typing out ‘how-to’ style steps for me to follow (me being totally non-tech literate).Jas checked in with me regularly throughout the process and thanks to her I now have a fully functioning inbox. Can highly recommend her services….

Jas is incredibly knowledgeable about all things website, but also has that gift of explaining things in a straight forward way. I had a session with her at one of her drop in clinics to optimise my systems for keeping on top of multiple files and to develop shortcuts to make my life easier when accessing and navigating all the relevant apps on my mac as a busy business owner. Great advice and practical suggestions. So much value from a short session. Highly recommend working with Jas if you get the chance. Thank you….

Our Walberton Village Hall website really needed a revamp as it was very old and difficult to navigate. I contacted Jas as another local business had recommended ShortTech. From the offset she had some fantastic ideas and guided me through all the technical stuff and really listened and understood our needs. She helped me understand how a website can really help to promote a charity. We are thrilled with the outcome as our website now looks modern, informative and easy to navigate….I can’t recommend Jas enough she was great!…
