I'm Jas. I offer web design and IT support for small businesses in Chichester and the UK.
A bit about me – I didn’t come into this from a web design background alone, my career started in customer service and operations, which means I’m big on reliability, follow-through, and doing what you say you’ll do.
I’ve been running ShortTech (it’s called that because I’m short BTW) for nine years and have worked with all sorts of small businesses and sole traders.
I build WordPress websites that do what they’re meant to do: make you look legit and help people get in touch. Then I look after your hosting and tech, so you can hand this whole side of your business over and get on with, well, literally anything else.

Web Design & Development
I build WordPress websites for new and established businesses who want something that gives them credibility and actually converts. If your current site isn’t really doing it for you, I’ll be honest about that and rebuild it properly.
Website Management
If you’re fed up with big hosting companies where no one knows you, I host and manage your site myself. You deal with me, not a ticket system. If something breaks, I fix it. You’re not left trying to work out who’s responsible for what.
IT Support Services
Think of me as a tiny fractional IT person for your business. If a tech issue pops up, you ring me. If I don’t know the answer, I’m like a dog with a bone; I’ll go and find out. And if I can’t fix it, I know someone who can.
Website Review
Not sure whether your website compares well with your competitors? I’ll review it from a user point of view and show you where things are confusing, outdated, or stopping people from getting in touch.
